Hi,

I’m looking for a developer who can accurately extract/collect data from Instagram on daily basis.

Can you please confirm if you can do the below mentioned task?

1. Can you provide names and email addresses for contacts?

2. Can you target individuals based on hashtags that are used?

3. Are you able to narrow down by location? ie. specific States

Sample Criteria:
– Individuals who have used the hashtag: #NPCbikini.
– If possible, narrow down to the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, West Virginia and Indiana.
– Names and Email are critical as we will be using this information for email purposes.

Lastly, if you could please provide a small sample of 5-10 contacts using the above criteria, it would be greatly appreciated.
