Project Title: Data Collection from a COIS
Project Description:
We would like to scrape information to create a mailing list from information found online.
We are first using the listings from the Council of International School’s Directory Page: https://www.cois.org/page.cfm?p=1884
We would like to compile an excel file with the information listed for every school, by country.
Under each country, you will see the International Schools registered in that country.
You can click on the school name to get more information.
There are 758 total schools on that site.
You can then click into each school’s record to scrape information to create an excel sheet, with the details for each of the administration and faculty members listed/:
First Name,
Middle Name,
Last Name,
Position,
Department,
School/Company,
Mailing Address Line 1,
Mailing Address Line 2,
City,
State,
Zip/Postal Code,
Country,
Phone Number,
E-Mail,
Website.
If a field is not applicable, please leave it blank.
