Project Description:
I’m looking for someone that can perform data scraping for school email list from http://www.city-data.com/ and put them together in an excel spreadsheet. The intention of all this data is to create a ranking model (algorithm) with different parameters.
This will be a recurring role as we will update the data at least twice in a year or when critical new data is available. Also, have several ideas that want to implement in the near future. So, I’m looking for someone that can help me in all my current and future needs!
I need following information from the website :
School Name
Address
City
State
Zip Code
Country
Rating
Enrollment
Grade span
Principal Name
Phone
Fax
Website
Email Id
I need all this details for all the states/cities/zip codes in the USA.
If you are also experienced in doing data analysis & modeling to rank each city with the different parameters and do a trend model, please let me know to evaluate if you can also do that.
I will need each data by separate with state name and then two combined files (cities and zip/cities). Also, as it is so much data it’s fundamental that you check/test the data to ensure that it is correct once you combine the files. I will run a test check. Please also check how often is the data updated so that we can set up future reports!
