Project Title: Scrape Amazon’s Customer Reviews

Project Description:
Hello,

This project is little bit of difficult.

I’d like to find Amazon product listing reviews which include specific keywords such as “counterfeit”.

I’m going to build a simple online tool that lets users specify the following search parameters:

1. Search level: Either a category or a brand name
2. Keywords, separated by a comma and using same search operators as google (if you can find a library to make that work)
3. The maximum number of listings to check (100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, or 5000)
4.”Randomize searches” option as either Yes or no

I’ve attached a mockup of the UI I have in mind.

The “randomize searches” option will tell the script not to scan brands, sellers, or products in a linear order because scanning in order will typically produce unreliable sample data.

I need an experienced data mining expert to write the scripts for the back end of this tool.

Your scripts will search Amazon reviews according to the user’s search parameters, and then populate a table with some basic data scraped from the listing and reviews such as the product listing URL, title and snippets of reviews where keywords have been used.

Once you get it working, I can build the front end.

Thanks for your time.
