I would like to scrape all land transaction data from landchina.com between the years 2005 and 2015.

The approximate number of transactions is 1.2 million.

I need a spreadsheet of all available opportunities on the property market.

There are three main property sites, and I need data scraped from each site but specifically, filtered for London and Land.

In the spreadsheet I’d need the description of each line item.

I want to be able to pull of the real estate properties that have owners that are out of state meaning Absentee Owners.

Ex. The real estate property is in Florida but the owner lives in another state other than Florida.

What would be quote for scraping property details from https://sreality.cz?

We need data like Property Title, area, price, latitude, longitude, (or address if lat and lng are not available) and all pictures.
