Project Title: Scrape Property Details from Zillow, Realtor and Realtytrac
Project Description:
I need someone who is capable to extracting data from the following websites: Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Realtytrac.com, Redfin.com, Trulia.com, and Xome.com.
I will provide you a large list of addressed in an excel sheet. I need you to pull the estimated price for each address from each of the sites I listed above. I will have a formula set up that will take the average of each estimated price.
Example: If you go on zillow.com and look up the address 1005 Oak Creek Road Raleigh NC 27615 the Zestimate is $676,000 and on Realtor.com it’s $606,196.
I am looking for the solution to pull this data all at once from each site for thousands of houses.
